Europa Clipper Launch Activities

Oct 06, 2024 - Oct 08, 2024 Space Shuttle Atlantis®

NASA’s Europa Clipper will soon head toward Jupiter’s icy moon, Europa, to understand the moon’s ice shell and the ocean beneath it, along with the moon’s composition and geology. The goal is to determine if the moon could support life.

Prior to the launch of NASA’s Europa Clipper, meet the team behind the mission. On Sunday, October 6 through Tuesday, October 8, learn about Europa Clipper through hands-on activities and engaging displays on the bottom floor of Space Shuttle Atlantis.

You can also hear from Subject Matter Experts who are involved in this mission. Their presentations, entitled Europa Clipper – Journey to Jupiter’s Ocean World, can be seen throughout the day inside Journey To Mars launched by United Launch Alliance.
