Artemis I Special Event

Leading up to the launch of Artemis I, NASA will be taking over the bottom floor of Space Shuttle Atlantis with various activity and education stations. Starting August 24, celebrate this milestone mission and learn what it takes to return to the Moon by visiting numerous exhibits, a photo booth, and other activity stations from NASA and other space partners like Aerojet Rocketdyne, Boeing, Jacobs, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman and 10 CubeSats.

Special Guest Appearances:

Guests can also catch special appearances inside Space Shuttle Atlantis. Be sure to stop by and see space Snoopy and real Artemis astronauts Kate Rubins and Stephanie Wilson. Days and times below:

• Visits from Snoopy: Saturday, August 27 and Sunday, August 28, from 12:00 to 2:00 PM
• Artemis Astronaut Visits* : Sunday, August 28 only
  • Kate Rubins: 10:00 - 11:00 AM 
  • Stephanie Wilson: 1:00 - 2:00 PM

* Astronauts Rubins and Wilson will be available for photos and questions, but no autographs will be signed at this time.

All Artemis I pre-launch special events are included with admission.
