During this after-hours program, gain exclusive access to the attraction that celebrates an American icon: space shuttle Atlantis. With the visitor complex Education team as your guide, enjoy a hands-on team challenge, space technology simulators, and an in-depth overview of the real space shuttle that floats overhead. An After Hours Adventure runs from 4:00 – 10:30 PM and is designed specifically for student/youth groups ages 10 – 14. Families are also welcome to attend! One parent must be present per family.

Adventurers experience:

  • A guided tour of Space Shuttle Atlantis, which includes interactive simulators and activities.
  • Educational STEM-related activities and demonstrations.
  • One-day admission to Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex that is valid for use within six days of the program date.
  • Pizza dinner and a snack.
  • 10% discount at The Space Shop with After Hours Adventure reservation. Discount may be used on the date of your return visit as The Space Shop will not remain open during the program.

Tuition:

$109 per person, plus tax

Student Group Reservation Information:

  • Due to the nature of the program, all participants must be able to read and speak English fluently.
  • We reserve the right to deny program participation to any youth not in the age range due to the program’s curriculum.
  • This program requires at least a 1 to 10 chaperone ratio. Chaperones must be 21 years or older.
  • Due to safety protocols, arrivals after 4:30 PM cannot be permitted to the program, and once the program has started, all participants must remain in Space Shuttle Atlantis.
  • The visitor complex reserves the right to cancel an After Hours Adventure date if the minimum amount of total participants is not met. This is due to facility requirements.
