Nov 23, 2019 Journey to Mars: Explorers Wanted

The NASA Solar System Ambassador (SSA) program works with volunteers across the United States to share NASA missions and discoveries to inspire those in our communities. Skye Schwartz, one of the ambassadors, is visiting Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex to discuss current NASA missions.

Schwartz is currently an undergraduate student studying Biology at Arizona State University online. Accepted into the NASA Solar System Ambassador (SSA) program back in 2016, Skye has hosted events at schools, conferences and NASA centers around the United States. Her goals are to serve in the United States Military and work in the field of Aerospace and Conservation. Skye has met a number of astronauts and has heard their stories. Now it is time to make her own!
