April 25th, 2025 marks the 35th anniversary of the deployment of the Hubble Space Telescope. Over the decades, Hubble has made more than 1.6 million observations that furthered humans’ understanding of the cosmos. Dive into the history-making space telescope Friday April 25 through Sunday, April 27 during our anniversary celebration. Learn more about Hubble by adding the following to your day:
- ビジターコンプレックスに入る前にインフォメーションセンターを訪れ、ハッブル宇宙望遠鏡チームから送られたこの大天文台に関する資料*を手に入れよう。
- Stop by Planet Play to pick up a copy of the Hubble Space Telescope Activity Sheet*, then get a head start on the activities at the coloring station on the first floor of Planet Play.
- In Journey To Mars on Saturday and Sunday only, faculty members from Florida Tech will be giving subject-matter expert presentations on the Hubble Space Telescope – all of whom have PhD’s in astrophysics and have worked firsthand with data from Hubble. Presentations will take place at 10:30 AM, 12:30 PM, 2:30 PM, and 4:30 PM.
- Finally, do not miss Hubble 3D, playing inside the IMAX® theater.
