Admission tickets are non-refundable and are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
ATX® – Astronaut Training Experience®
In the event that you need to cancel your reservation you may receive a full refund if we receive written notification of cancellation 30 days prior to your ATX. There will be a $10 per person handling fee, to cover the costs incurred in processing your reservation. Cancellations made 29-15 days prior to your ATX - will receive a 50% refund less a $10 per person handling fee. All monies will be forfeited if cancellations are made with less than 14 days notice. Substitutions for ATX group members may be made up to 7 days in advance with no penalty. After 7 days, a $10 processing fee will be charged for substitutions. All refunds will be credited 60 days after your original ATX date. If circumstances arise, with a notice 7 days prior to the program date, you may change to a future date.
IF WE CANCEL:
Kennedy Space Center is a working space flight facility. In the unlikely event that we will need to cancel an ATX program, we will do our very best to inform you as soon as possible of the cancellation. You will receive a full refund if the program is cancelled due to Kennedy Space Center Operations or other unforeseen events. A minimum of 8 persons is required to hold an ATX program. If we do not meet the 8 person minimum within two weeks of the date of the program, we will give you the option to move to another ATX date or receive a full refund.
